What can I track?

Any public Instagram profile: which accounts it starts or stops following, and how its follower and following counts change over time. Up to 3 profiles per subscription.

Do I need to log in to Instagram?

No. We never ask for your Instagram password or anyone else’s, and we never log in to Instagram on your behalf.

Where does the data come from?

Only from information that’s publicly visible on Instagram. We don’t access private profiles, messages or stories.

Does it work on private accounts?

For private accounts we only show public numbers, like follower and following counts. Their lists stay private.

How often do you check?

Every hour. Each new follow or unfollow is logged with the time we spot it, because Instagram doesn’t share the exact time.

How much does it cost?

€8.99 per week or €34.99 per year, taxes included. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings in a couple of taps. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

It’s my profile. Can I ask you to stop tracking it?

Yes. Write to privacy@supersnitch.app from the email linked to your account or with a way to verify it’s yours: we’ll stop tracking it and delete the data we hold about it.
